You may not like numbers and have no financial background, you started your business with a passion and excellent products everyone liked. You passed the bookkeeping to your accountant. As time went by, you found out that you were behind in paying bills and began to worry about keeping up with your payroll, expenses and taxes.

Outline:

  • Sales are great, why don't' we have any cash?
  • Do we have enough cash to pay expenses?
  • How much cash do we need for expansion?
  • Can I free up some cash from the business?
  • How can I get customers to pay on time?
  • Are we managing cash efficiently?
  • Should I run as sole proprietor or as corporation owner?
  • How can I minimize my taxes?
  • Should I pay myself by salary or dividends?
