Knit for Charity

Description

Knit for Charity is a free workshop welcoming knitters of all skill levels (including beginners) to join their knitting community and make toques for local charities.

Beginners will be taught how to knit a basic toque. Experienced knitters are welcome to drop-in and knit with us in this friendly space.

All supplies are provided courtesy of the Vancouver Foundation and Richmond Cares Richmond Gives through the Neighbourhood Small Grants program. You are encouraged to bring your own knitting needles.

If you are a beginner please arrive at 1:00 pm for a group tutorial.

Photo Waiver Policy

During library programs and events, library staff may take photos and videos to be used for promotional purposes by the library. If you would prefer not to have your picture taken, please speak to a library staff member.
