Fiction Addiction: A Book Club for Teens

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Brighouse

Description

Fiction Addiction is a book club for teens, ran by teens. It’s a welcoming place where everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas about books. We strive to make connections and host an inclusive book club. As a group, we won't be reading the same book, instead, we chose a new theme each time we meet.

This month’s theme is “PRIDE”. Book lovers will have the opportunity to meet and discuss books with LGBTQ+ themes or by authors that identify as LGBTQ+. Please come ready to talk about your favourite Pride themed book, and join us for an intriguing discussion; and make new friends while doing so!

Hosted by the Teen Ambassadors

Sunday July 10 @ 3:00-4:00pm in the Kids' Place Program Room, Brighouse Branch

Ages 12-18. Registration required.

Masks: Mask wearing continues to be appreciated and encouraged in our libraries, especially in situations where maintaining personal space can be challenging.
