RMCS Online Senior Connection Class

Description

Are you looking to learn technology skills to help you connect more with grandkids, family and friends. Seniors of all skill levels are welcome. Sessions will cover topics such as Whatsapp, WeChat, Facebook and Instagram. Learn to use tablet, smartphone, internet and text messaging. Also learn about all the resources and technology that is available to you with a free Richmond Public Library card, such as photos and negatives scanning and online newspapers from around the world. 

Program is provided in partnership with volunteers and instructors from the Richmond Multicultural Community Services (RMCS). Sessions are in English, and there will be volunteers to translate into multiple languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin and Farsi. 

Registration is handled by RMCS. Registrants need to be permanent residents and ages 65+.
