Learn more about the making of a community cookbook & leave with a recipe to try! Hear from contributors about the creation of a community cookbook (from trying to improve on hospital food to learning to cook for oneself at home) and discuss the connections between mental health, cooking, and community.
Samples of some recipes will be available to participants.
This discussion will be held in person, in the Brighouse 2nd Floor Community Place.
This workshop is presented in partnership with the Richmond Mental Health Consumer and Friends Society (RCFC). To learn more about RCFC, please visit www.vch.ca/RCFC.
