Immerse yourself in the festivities, culture, and traditions of the Lunar New Year! Join us for family-friendly activities and performances, including a lion dance, Kung Fu demonstration, Chinese art and calligraphy, singing, dancing and guzheng performances, lantern riddles, face painting, children’s games, paper crafts, and more!

No registration is required for this drop-in event.

1:00 Welcome

1:05-1:15 Lion Dance (Kin Fung Athletic Group)

1:15-1:30 Kung Fu demonstration (Wang Heng Wushu Taichi Institute)

1:30-1:45 Songs of the New Year (S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Richmond Women’s Club)

1:45-2:45 Guzheng performance (Fangfei Guzheng)

2:45-3:45 Dance performances (E Show Dance)

1:00-4:00 Calligraphy and art demonstrations, fortune telling, Chinese compass demonstration, lantern riddles, children's games and crafts, and face painting
