Mindfulness Tai-Chi by Bodhisattva Nature Foundation where you can learn more about Tai-Chi with body mindfulness. 

The workshop includes: 

  • Presentations on body Mindfulness Tai-Chi
  • Demonstrations of how to practice Tai-Chi
  • Practice of Tai-Chi with instructor 

Registration is required. 

Please bring your own Yoga Mat if possible.
