International Chess Day with Master Raymond Kaufman

Description

Richmond Public Library in celebration of International Chess Day is happy to offer a presentation and instruction by celebrated Chess master Raymond Kaufman. He will be leading off this very special edition of Chess For Fun with a presentation and playing a simultaneous 8 games at once - come out to listen, celebrate and play! This event will be directly followed by our regular session of chess.

Whether a beginner or an established chess veteran, we invite you to the library to share your love of the game. Participants are welcome to bring their own chess board, pieces, or clock, but there will also be plenty available at the program. Spectators welcome!
