Richmond Public Library is celebrating Halloween at CF Richmond Centre! Wear your costume and join us for this special storytime and pop-up library event featuring stories, songs, rhymes and more. 

1:00-1:30: Storytime

1:30-2:00: Library Pop-up

2:00-2:30: Storytime

2:30-3:00: Library Pop-up

This event takes place at Old Navy Court in CF Richmond Centre, 6551 No. 3 Rd.

Drop-in, no registration required.  Children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
