The event will be held on the first floor of the Brighouse Library. The venue is wheelchair and mobility device accessible, and accessible washrooms are located on the main floor of the Cultural Centre and on the second floor of the library. The second floor is accessible via elevator. There are ten accessible parking spaces available in the Cultural Centre parkade and in front of Minoru Arena. Additional accessible parking is available throughout the Minoru complex, including the lot directly south of the Richmond Cultural Centre Annex (along Granville Ave)
