Join us at a book club for, created by, and run by teens! Everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts and make connections in an inclusive community for all.
This month, we’ll be discussing One of Us is Lying (book 1) by Karen M, McManus. In this YA murder mystery, five students walk into detention—but only four walk out alive. The victim was Bayview High’s notorious gossip, and he had damaging secrets about each of the other four students in the room. With motives pointing in every direction, the surviving students quickly become the prime suspects in his murder. But did one of them actually do it? Please make sure you've read the book (or at least a few chapters) before attending.
During the program, we’ll have:
- Discussion about the book in a friendly, low-pressure environment
- Game and activities like trivia games
- Snacks!
The program is created and led by the Teen Ambassadors.
Please come to the Kids' Place Program Room at the Brighouse branch on Sunday, April 12th @ 3:30-4:30pm.
