It’s charming and cute. Though sparse, the descriptions are sometimes quite poetic. For younger readers, it might seem a bit dated, or over the top, but it’s not phony. Strictly G-rated in case anyone was concerned. The book properly…

This was my first David Levithan book. Two weeks later, and I've read all that I could get my hands on. Boy Meets Boy is an extraordinary romance novel, and the fact that the characters are likeable and complex helps immensely.

There is some real, genuine emotion in here. Navigating the confusion of dating, friendship and identity is really tough for a lot of teens and this book taps into that feeling very well. This book is also available as a downloadable…

This book. ANEKA:LTJAEK. In my journey of LGBT themed novels, the road started with this very book. Boy Meets Boy has a very flat start, with the main character seeming very superficial and too perfect. This turns out to be exactly what…

I can't believe David Levithan was brave enough to choose a controversial subject such as GLBTG as a major theme in his very first novel. However, I loved how he managed to weave the theme in a funny, witty, and suspenseful story.

This was such a cute, quirky book about a make believe town where no discrimination exists for those in the GLBTQ community. Even the kid with the ultra conservative parents lives in the next town over. As others have said, the beginning…
