Directions easy to follow, with a number of Master Recipes scattered throughout the book and recipes using them in another part, making it somewhat confusing and annoying. If you need recipes with minimum of kneading, and using dough storage time in the fridge for a couple of days until you're ready to bake, this book would be handy.
