The Bhagavad-gita is the main source-book on yoga and a concise summary of India's Vedic wisdom. Yet remarkably, the setting for this classic of spiritual literature is an ancient Indian battlefield. At the last moment, the great warrior Arjuna begins to wonder about the real meaning of his life. In the Bhagavadgita, Lord Krsna brings His disciple from perplexity to spiritual enlightenment. Bhagavad-gita As It Is is the largest-selling, most widely used edition of the Gita in the world.

This is it. Congratulations you my friend you are on the sweetest path imaginable. Please go easy on yourself, you may face obstacles, fear may raise its ugly head, your friends and family may not understand. But you know the truth in your heart. The material world is not your home. A.C Bhaktivedanta Prabupada is the only authoritative translator that I know of.

OK, I have been reading The Gita, so nicely translated and purported by A.C. Baktivedanta Swami Prabupada for several months now taking it slow. 4 texts a day. i am almost done with the 7th Chapter on Knowledge of the Absolute. I am blown away, this is the only book in the library worth reading if you ask me. The little things in my life are easily taking care of and I am very easily and sublimely.

Please take to a vegetarian diet before attempting to read and understand the
Gita, As It Is. If one is not seriously interested in transcendental Knowledge then wait until you are ready. But for those seeking perfection hold on to you seats.

Warning : This book is the Uncut straight dope. It is highly addictive. The Lords names will always be on your lips.

Namaste- Caleb
