The examples are pretty good and realistic. The author also provided some relieve to my retirement anxiety.

Don't waste your time on this one. Any of David Chilton, Gail Vaz-oxlade or numerous others do a better job of the "how to retire young" genre.

This one is superficial, trite, silly in
some of it's advice (consider living in a trailer or becoming a boarder to save even more and retire even earlier).

The final failure is the last chapter where the author admits i) he is not yet 45 ii) he has not yet retired iii) he does not believe he will be able to retire at 45 iv) he is currently holding down 3 jobs. This is tantamount to a self admission that his advice is garbage.
