We loved this one, too. My boys loved the overlay of the comic-styled story on top of mini-segments of true history. I felt like by sticking primarily to one dynasty, this book gave a picture of Ancient China that even my first-grader could get his head around. We're looking forward to trying the other books in this series.

I see it has to do with China. My friend Jzhao888 is chinese, so I should tell her about it. I'm also interested in history, so I'll try and get it. Is it really a comic?

Loved it! Like a comic book but full of history and details that my Grade 1 loved!
