This book is all about Amelia Bedelia celabrateing thanksgiving with her friends and family i always keep on barrowing a new copy of the book because everytime it is dute i never seem to read it i had barrowed this book sceince thanksgiving and now i finally read this book in the summer time when i finally have the time out of school this book is about Amelia Bedelia puting on a play while there childrens teacher was gone and they had to practice a lot they had some trouble with the setting ups but they manige to do the play the right way in frount of everyone evan thought Amelia fell into a pumpkin and it broke and one boy didn't notce her that she fell in then the boy was reading a scrip for the play but when it was Diana turn she went wild and she was nervous then Amelia Bedelia called out from backstage pisst Diana you're suppose to say Gobble gobble say gobble bobble all the other kids heard Amelia Bedelia and they thought she was talking to them so they all did exactly what she said then the whloe audience joined in it sounded like a flock of turkeys had been let loose in the school then the two childern carried out a giant wishbone as they snapped it the entired cast hollered then the kids said happy thanksgiving as Diana turned around to watch she had lost her balance and fell off the stage and she fell to the arms of mrs . Carson the audience thought it was part of the play they stood up and clapped loudly after the play the cast had a party Amelia Bedelia's sweet Potatoes were a hit so was Diana all the kids surrounded her the boy who had called her turkey said Diana you deseerve a nickname Wings because you flew off the stage she smiled and said Gobble Gobble Mrs. bloon and Mrs Carson joined the party thank you for acting the pageant i made a lucky catch somethings an acting Principal has to act fast i'm so glad you did said Diana i almosted got the stuffing knicked out of me than Amelia Bedelia said Mrs . bloom this thanksgiving i am thankful for you and Cousin Alcolu and Amelia said jus the same thing than Mr. and Mrs Rogers invited Amelia to there house for thanksgiving this was the best thanksgiving and long book ever that i had to read it for 2 days.
