Simple. Clean. Open. Refreshing. This book goes through 6 simple rules that will help you relax and enjoy life. The pictures, however, take the cake! Full page, wonderfulley designed, and masterfully taken landscape and portarait shots are used to adorn the books pages. These pictures are great for visual learners and readers. A wonderful read.
