What a great collection of hikes. All the hikes in this book are longer than 3 hours but less than 12 hours so that they are all possible to do as a day trip.
They are not rated for difficulty or even the authors preference but there is a fairly comprehensive two page description of each hike with driving directions to the trail start that should let you infer the difficulty based on your personal fitness level.
The introduction to this book mentions that all of these trails are easy to find and follow, so I assume you won't need to spend a lot of time trying to follow the routes and while I might be leaving the 20% incline hikes for a later date, most of these hikes look like they have really great views it would be worth trekking up to see.

Edit: Note that not all the trail head locations are correct and the trail directions can be pretty sketchy, so do your research before you go if you've never been there before.
