About the Author- Lee MinJung was born in Seoul, Korea, where she mastered the art of Korean cooking. After completing high school in Korea, she went to Paris to pursue her passion for fashion design, then returned home and became a chief designer for a leading Korean fashion retailer. Today, MinJung lives in Singapore with her Korean husband and two young daughters. She conducts regular cooking classes and specialises in bringing Korean and Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients together to create new dishes with an exciting twist.
