Just found out that my mom passed away of stroke caused by high blood pressure, high bad chlorestoral and being overweight. My father died of congestive heart failure.

I saw this book and decided to see what the reviewers on Amazon.com said.

Below is the website with the reviews for this book. I'm glad I'm going to read it and he lists many non-invasive ways to help your heart!
