Not only does this book identify some of the most common seaweeds found on our shores but also informs on its many uses. It has an ineresting section on the nutritional value of seaweed and even shares some recipes.
It has a few coloured pictures at the beginning to help with identification but the majority of the visuals are hand drawn illustrations.
