Borrowed this book and flagged almost 20 recipes to make. So I did the only thing a sane person could do, I bought it. The Coconut Cake really sealed the deal.

The Golden Raisin Pecan Bread recipe on page 296 is wonderful. The book has many photos and the recipes have very detailed instructions.
