This book in my opinion was pretty good! That ending though... Oscar might be a perfect son, and Candy-man to the others, but deep down inside I know he still has a streak of Picasso.

This book was really bad!!! I would not recommend it at all to anyone. The main character was an idiot, and although the story was good, the ending was very stupid. All of the bad parts of the ending could have been avoided, and all of the good parts were just really not that good.
Good story, BAD book.

This book was a little slow to start out, but as I got in to it I couldn't put it down. I loved the plot and I wish the author would write a sequel because
it was an amazing book.

This book had a solid plot and a great concept, but there were many things I disliked about it. The beginning started off rather slow and very, if I dare say, boring. This is definitely not the best book I've read, but it isn't the worst I've read either. I found it hard to read sometimes, because the pace was not that good. I really liked the characters, specifically the "chubby" guy- I forgot his name. I thought it had some funny parts, and some intriguing moments, but other than that, this book was not what I thought it'd be like. The ending had to be the best part for me.

I really liked the concept of this book, but there were many things I would have changed if I were the author. Great start though - there aren't many books out there with the theme of subliminal messages.

Another great dystopian novel, great for fans of The Giver.
