This is the best book for making your own vinaigrettes. The details provided are extremely helpful. I love to make my own dressings but never achieved anything outstanding. Now no more hit and miss for me!

Not a book I will be buying. Recipes uninspired, no nutrition data or prep times. Not enough pictures.
