I've made 99% of the recipes in this book and all were absolutely delicious.

I am not a vegan nor am I a vegetarian. I picked up this book in search of dinner ideas and to add/try more/different ingredients. I found exactly what I was looking for! The recipes are easy to follow (some of them do go on for 5 pages+ BUT each page is filled with helpful tips and pictures!) and for the most part the ingredients are easy to find in either your local "health food store" and some even in your local grocery store. If you're looking to try something different or if you have vegan/vegetarian friends/relatives coming over, I would definitely recommend this cookbook!
