Definitely felt the burn the next day!
Not for anyone who is working with or around an injury, I found the entire routine extremely hard on my knees, ankles, hip flexors, lower back and wrists. This is designed for limber people who are not worried about hurting themselves or perhaps have a solid fitness background already? There is almost no attention or instructions given to develop proper form. This series is very aerobic with many sudden starts, stops, jerky movements and jumping. The body weight exercises require you to be able to support your entire own body weight centered on knees and wrists pretty much impossible for anyone who experiences joint pain. This video upholds the common belief you need to “push through the pain” to get a good work out the ultimate issue being you may be pushing through the wrong type of pain and injuring yourself rather than simply over coming muscle fatigue. I would approach this dvd with extreme caution.
