If you think the son of the legendary Mario Cuomo is a legitimate presidential contender, you may change your mind after reading this book. It tells the story of how Andrew has barely stayed on the side of legality in some very questionable deals, from his heavy involvement in the savings and loan crisis of the 1980s, to how he doled out grants while at HUD, to controversial highway projects such as replacing the Tappan Zee bridge. After reading this book, my impression of Andrew is that he has little to no ethics - not surprising for New York State which has a well deserved reputation for being the most corrupt state in the US. And that most people in the state are powerless to do anything to change that environment. Respectfully, he does not belong in any future administration - let alone running for the highest office.
