A brand-new book from the #1 bestselling author of The Break and The Woman Who Stole My Life . They're a glamorous family, the Caseys. Johnny Casey, his two brothers Ed and Liam, their beautiful, talented wives and all their kids spend a lot of time together—birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, weekends away. And they're a happy family. Johnny's wife, Jessie—who has the most money—insists on it. Under the surface, though, conditions are murkier. While some people clash, other people like each other far too much . . . Still, everything manages to stay under control—that is, until Ed's wife, Cara, gets a concussion and can't keep her thoughts or opinions to herself. One careless remark at Johnny's birthday party, with the entire family present, and Cara starts spilling all their secrets. As everything unravels, each of the adults finds themselves wondering if it's—finally—the time to grow up.

Disappointing. Not up to Marion's usual standard. Found it hard to get into this book.

I am glad I did not read any of the reviews before reading this book. I really enjoyed it. What a family!!!! I always enjoy this author and this is no exception.

This book is awful. I love the author, but this is honestly not worth your time. Wish I'd read these reviews before starting it!

Ugh. Marian Keyes’ worst book. Don’t bother.

Very disappointed with the latest from this author, have read all her others but didn't bother finishing this one.

Found the latest offering from Keyes to be a really hard slog. As is typical of Marian Keyes's novels, it is long and features quite a few characters and narratives, which can be hard to keep up with. There are a few lines that made me chuckle but that was about it. Grown Ups is defintely not as funny or entertaining as some of her other novels. All in all, I was rather disappointed.
