This book is so sensitive to the lost, bereaved and searching. The writer is touching on topics that need solace. Dying, grief, not belonging, the front everyone erects; all are amazingly stripped away in the English country side. I have read all her books and "A grave in the cotswolds" ,exams the new wish for a burial without embalming or massive waste of money.
