Hegemony or Survival

America's Quest for Global Dominance

Noam Chomsky is against global hegemony, yet when a president entered the White House who worked against this, who sent memos to the US State Department stating the American military advisor withdrawls from South Vietnam would begin in late November of 1963, and publicy promised to Latin America that no US troops would be sent there during Kennedy's administration to enforce the whims of the multinationals [exactly what President Franklin Roosevelt had also promised], Chomsky somehow neglects all this and trashes Kennedy at every turn.
