This is a must read for new parents who are trying to sleep better at night and optimize naps for all stages of baby's growth and want the science. There is so much contradicting information out there on how babies sleep and I have read some of it completely frustrated. This book presents a completely science based approach and it helps that the author has two kids and has gone through the challenges that many parents face. She keeps it simple and provides step by step solutions.
